They had been found to be cheating not once but three times, do they deserve to be constructors champions with a car found to be illegal?

Isn’t it about definition? Red Bull have pushed the boundaries and are always looking for interpretation of the rules, whenever they put something new on the car the typical accusation is that it goes against the spirit of the rules, rather than rule breaking or cheating.
maybe thats what happens when you constantly strive to make something faster.

But are they being sportsman like about it i.e keeping within the confines of the sports rules? I am sure plenty of designers saw the benefit of the flexi wing and thought it was breaking the rules...

It hasn't always been a case of interpretation or the spirit of the rules. Remember the issue of the hole in the floor? Or the engine mapping?

All teams cheat. They just try their hardest to not get caught. I wouldn't expect nothing less from any of them.

Who knows. It's a debate that has no correct answer as nobody has all the facts.

For me, I disliked the fact that they pulled out of FOTA when their spending came into question - that ruling was put in place to prevent the likes of Ferrari spending massive amounts on cars, to get the Schumacher-era advantage. RedBull seemingly left FOTA because they were doing what Ferrari did.

Obviously this just speculation, and I have no way of backing that up, but it would explain a lot about their development.

I don't see any sources in your post to support this allegation.

Cheating? Well if thats true, they shouldn't be getting points. Is there proof of cheating?

What cheating? No doubt they have had questionable parts on their car, but please provide at least one example of where the FIA found them in violation of the rules.

Opinion is one thing, we all have one. But where exactly did the FIA find them in violation of the rules?

No matter how times this is said, some people just don't get it.

This. It's getting a little boring, but Adrian Newey is a genius. Vettel is a very good driver.

OK, let's just count the things that are wrong here, shall we?

1 - Trolling: at least try and make it hard to see.
2 - Slander: as said above, where is the proof of these 3 times?
3 - Hypocrisy: half the forum is slamming an alleged gearbox change on Massa's car, and your response is to make Red Bull seem worse? Admittedly that kind of links to point one, but still. It sounds more like someone is trying to take attention away from Ferrari and attack Red Bull instead.

Having typed all that, I think there are 6 very simple letters that sum up the sentiment here:

L-O-C-K-E-D.
