What do you think was the best moment of the 2012 F1 season?

Mine was this

Kimi - Leave me alone I know what I'm doing!

Kimi has provided alot of good moments this year lol, his radio comments, his little detour in Brazil. Plus his wheel to wheel racing is just spectacular, really have become a fan of him this season! his personality has grew on me a lot too.

Hamilton's win in Canada for me.

Alonso's win in Valencia. I can't remember ever seeing him get so emotional and lively after a victory.

Another fave was Schumacher dicing through the field in that race and getting to the podium. I loved how Webber just sat behind him and followed him up the order. Schumi setting the quickest time in qualifying at Monaco was pretty damn special, too.

Schumacher getting the podium for me, closely followed by his pole lap obviously as a fan. Other than that I loved some Kimi moments, his radio messages are priceless.

From a personal perspective, Schumacher's podium at Valencia. It was a good drive to get there as well. Also Schumacher's pole at Monaco was one of the greatest AND most disappointing moments for me. We got a moment of his brilliance but against the backdrop of knowing he had a penalty. And the moment Vettel crossed the finish line in Brazil.

More objectively I would go for Maldonado winning for Williams. In the scheme of the sport it was unexpected, it was great for Williams and he put his name out there as someone to watch. I'd also say that Schumacher's pole and Mercedes first win with Rosberg rank pretty highly.

Again from a personal POV, Schumi's podium and Monaco pole plus his P7 in Brazil.

It took me entirely by suprise after his awful qualifying and the puncture!

Other than that, I agree with Maldonado's win in the Williams and Kimi's 'detour'.

The Japanese GP podium and the crowd going "Kamui!Kamui!Kamui!"

That was by the far the best moment for me.

This and another podium moment when Maldonado was lifted into the air by two Champions, showing their respect for up and coming drivers.

These two definately. Kamui's podium and Maldo's win, just for the sheer energy from the crowd and emotion from the drivers on the podium.

 This plus Kimi's radio communications. I haven't laughed so much during a F1 season as I have this year & he topped it off with his excursion down the escape road in Brazil where he said afterwards, as reported by PlanetF1, that he knew what he was doing. It's just so Kimi :D

Schumi's pole in Monaco - watching him raise that finger during the slow-down lap brought back so many memories for me. Vettel has a lot to live up to!

AND his podium in Valencia :D Never before have I literally jumped up and down and shouted "YESSSSSSSSSSSSSSS" at the TV after a race before. I'm normally quite good at keeping it in!

Alonso's win in Valencia - the emotion was incredible in front of his Spanish fans.

KK's podium in Suzuka

Kimi's radio

The entire Brazil race

And just realising that the stepped-noses are gone FOREVER :D :D :D :D :D :D

As a Seb fan it'd have to be the Brazilian GP, but I was at the 2012 Spanish and Abu Dhabi GP's, and it was great to see Maldonado win for William's and also great to see Kimi win again.

Alonso's win, and especially the reaction after the race.

But even more - his pass on Grosjean after the SC. Watching you favorite driver fighting his way up in Valencia of all places and going from 11th to 2nd on merit in a street track, it was incredibly cool. It was like he can do no wrong on that day.

Kimi is always entertaining. Even bought this t-shirt because of him: http://www.shotdeadinthehead.com/kimi-r ... -mens.html lulz
