Will Power gave a huge message leading 65 of the scheduled 82 laps to take the Angie's List Indy GP outdistancing Graham Rahal by 1.5 seconds. Juan Pablo Montoya took 3rd. Power becomes the 5th driver to win an event. GP of Alabama winner Josef Newgarden and Long Beach winner Scott Dixon wer involved in separate incidents on the 1st lap. Dixon manage to to recover for P10. Newgarden was never a threat. Sebastian Bourdais finishes 4th with Charlie Kimball a strong season high 5th.

Now, it is time for the big oval with Power attempting to score the double.
