As per the title, what do we think? A few strong Mercedes tracks ahead and the possibility of Lewis helping out Valterri could shake up the current order, or will Sebastian have a strong run to the end?

I'm going to go for Sebastian as a Mercedes 1-2 is way rarer than it used to be.

Vettel - although for other, only Kimi and Ricciardo are still in contention (and Kimi needs to win all four races and have Vettel not score so should be out of contention after the next race)

The Ferrari is more consistently fast than Mercedes so I expect them to get at least two race wins before the season is out. I think that Vettel, Hamilton, Verstappen, Ricciardo are the only drivers likely to win races (in that order)

I think Vettel will bounce back and secure second position.

Vettel.
Any more DNF's though and I can see Bottas taking it.

If Ferrari can close in on Merc:s gap probably Vettel but else Bottas, then we will have a Merc 1-2 since 2014, a huge achievement by Merc

Vettel, unless his run of bad luck continues. Assuming no further issues, I think he has Bottas beat in the races

Short of reliability issues then its surely got to be Vettel. Bottas is all at sea right now.

Vettel - as long as he doesn't get involved in any start line incidents or have any reliability issues.

On pace, Vettel has been stronger in 5 of the last 6 races so it would take luck/reliability for Bottas to overhaul him on the current form.

I think a lot of it could depend on if/when Lewis secures the WDC. After that, who knows whether he'd keep going for more wins or try to get the team a 1-2. Even before then he could settle for a comfortable second over a risky win.

I don't think Vettel's run of bad luck will continue and he should wrap up 2nd place handy enough

4 people vote for Hamilton and 2 for Bottas. Is Vettel really more likely to win the championship than Bottas coming 2nd at this stage?

Mathematically, no. But I think this is based on the perception that the Ferrari is currently the faster car and Hamilton's points advantage is down to the error strewn run by Ferrari over the past few races.
