*Cars starting from the pit lane can complete a reconnaissance lap.
*Cars starting from the pit lane can complete the formation lap before returning too the pit lane.
*The driver completes the initial scrutineering of their car. And if they don't sign and complete. Will not be able too enter the event. I presume this will be handled by the team.
* Race Fuel goes up 5kg to 110kg
*For the purposes of driver rescue. A fia mandated biometric glove must be worn by all drivers throughout the weekend.
An AOT (no idea what that is. It's in the technical regs) must be empty during the whole of qualifying

I'm not a technical person. So won't look into technical regulations. I won't understand it. Haha. Hope that this list helps and a discussion can ensue.

Auxilliary Oil Tank I believe, though am prepared to be corrected on this!

The pit lane change is an interesting one. Should make it a little easier to get started for pit-lane starting cars. I'm curious as to how this will work, though. Presuming that car is doing the formation lap at the back of the grid, will the grid lights wait until it has reached the end of the pitlane or is there a chance the race could start while the car is still trundling along at 60km/h?

I will admit my ignorance, but I was under the impression that all cars did the formation lap, to warm up the tires etc. The car starting from the pitlane is at a disadvantage, do they currently have to start in cold tires as well??

Yes, they currently do.

I don't like the change to the pitlane starts. I think that starting from the pitlane should carry a far greater disadvantage than simply starting at the back. Expect a lot more strategic engine/gearbox changes by those near the back of the grid.

Generally speaking I'm happy with all that, no major changes that I might not like.
