Can someone tell me how the best overtake is a DRS overtake and not those like "Vettel on Button @ Abu Dhabi"?

That was DRS assisted and was a very standard pass by a faster car with the fresher tires, how that can be your overtake of the season is beyond me.

I suggest you go back and watch it again...

I think you'll find that Vettel used the 2nd DRS zone to overtake Button...

Best Driver: Sebastian - did everything he needed to do all season, including coming up with some mega performances at the end
Best Team: RBR - competitive enough from the start to stay in it, worked hard to deliver what was needed for rest of year
Best Car: Ferrari - great race pace, bombproof reliability
Best Wet Weather Driver: Fernando got the best results, but I think Seb's performance yesterday deserves a mention as nobody was pushing as hard as he was in those conditions
Best Overtaker: Kimi - his race craft is amazing
Best Rookie: Hulk - fast, mostly clean, pretty mature, overall impressive
Most Improved Driver: Felipe- if you mean over the course of this season and not history. He has always been good.
Best Qualifier: Lewis - #'s say it all
Best Tire Management: Sebastian - can't recall a time he had a serious tire situation
Surprise of the Season: Lotus race pace being good all season
Disappointment of the Season: Checo - it all fell apart
Funniest Moment of the Season: Kimi's detour
Best Drive: Sebastian, yesterday, no explanation needed
Best Overtake: Kimi on Michael @ Spa
Best Race: Brazil - perfectly highlighted what every one of the drivers is all about
Driver to Watch: Hulk

and I'm adding...
Fastest car - because there is a difference between "best" and "fastest" - McLaren

WARNING: The below post contains OPINIONS You have been warned:

Best Driver: Alonso just - considering how rubbish that car was in the first race [1 sec off the pace] he did well to still be in the WDC at the last race
Best Team: Red Bull - they won by a country mile
Best Car: the McLaren was without a doubt the fasest but massive reliability issues so I think this one goes to Red Bull as well
Best Wet Weather Driver: Alonso for scoring more than anyone else in the wet
Best Overtaker: Kimi: as shown he can race wheel to wheel without knocking people off the road.
Best Rookie: Pic impressed me
Most Improved Driver: Maldonardo was horrific at the begining of the season, but he seemed to mature by the end
Best Qualifier: Lewis
Best Tire Management: Perez pulled some awesome stunts but on the grounds of no tire troubles I can recall Vettel
Surprise of the Season: Williams win.
Disappointment of the Season: McLaren for not being able to build cars that don't break/pit stop errors/everything else that went wrong
Funniest Moment of the Season: Toss up between Kimi's radio jems and Kimi's escape road antics
Best Drive: Alonso in Valencia. Shout out to Vettel in Abu Dubai considering how many times it could have ended in tears for him in that race
Best Overtake: Hard one, some very good passes this year, but I think Hulkenberg overtaking Lewis and Grojean has to be high up there
Best Race: Brazil for the perfect, mad end to the season
Driver[s] to Watch: Hulkenberg and Maldonardo

Best Driver: I honestly can't separate Alonso and Hamilton on this one. Vettel's slightly ordinary start to the season puts him behind them for me
Best Team: Red Bull
Best Car: Red Bull, as their comfortable win in the constructors championship proves. But the McLaren was probably the fastest.
Best Wet Weather Driver: Alonso
Best Overtaker: Raikkonen put in some stunning moves this year
Best Rookie: Pic has been quietly impressive
Most Improved Driver: Maldonado. Gone from a lambasted 'pay driver' to Grand Prix winner
Best Qualifier: Lewis Hamilton
Best Tire Management: Sergio Perez. Hamilton was also notably good at this despite his unfair reputation. Remember Hungary?
Surprise of the Season: Maldonado's win in Spain
Disappointment of the Season: Hamilton's perpetual bad luck
Funniest Moment of the Season: 'Yes yes yes I'm doing all that!'
Best Drive: Really tough one this. I'll go for Alonso's win at Valencia
Best Overtake: Honestly can't pick one out. There have been too many!
Best Race: Brazil. Amazing what a bit of rain can do!
Driver to Watch: Hulkenberg

Agree with all that, only differences for me are:

Best Wet Weather Driver: IMO nobody was enough of a standout this year
Surprise of the Season: Pirelli tyres throwing up so much unpredictability for the first few races
Disappointment of the Season: Schumacher having the performance but getting penalties or suffering mechanical failures

A late addition after thinking through what funny moments there were during the season.

Funniest moment of the season: Hamilton slamming Button for unfollowing him on twitter and only later finding out that Button had never followed him on twitter in the first place.
