Mine is:
Red Bull: Sebastian Vettel and Kimi Raikkonen
McLaren: Lewis Hamilton and Ayrton Senna
Ferrari: Fernando Alonso and Alain Prost
Mercedes: Jenson Button and Jacques Villeneuve
Sauber: Robert Kubica and Sergio Perez
Force India: Nico Rosberg and Charles Pic
Lotus: Michael Schumacher and Nigel Mansell
Caterham: Rubens Barrichello and Nelson Piquet Snr.
Torro Rosso: Damon Hill and Graham Hill
Marussia: Timo Glock and Jarno Trulli

For me:

McLaren: Button and Webber
Ferrari: Fernando Alonso and Mario Andretti
Mercedes: Hamilton and Jacques Villeneuve

Force India: Nico Rosberg and Will Power
Lotus: Raikkonen and Nigel Mansell
Caterham: Danica Patrick and Rubinho
Torro Rosso: Damon Hill and Paul Tracy

You left out Williams:
Williams: Bourdais and Hunter-Reay

For me, including old teams of yesteryear also, I'd say:

Lotus - Clark, Rindt, Fittipaldi
Brabham - Brabham, Piquet
Tyrell - Stewart, Scheckter
Renault - Prost, Alonso
Mercedes - Fangio, Moss
BRM - G. Hill
Red Bull - Vettel

Shoot me for failing to find a spot for Ascari.

Edit: Suppose you could put Schumacher in a Benetton and Ascari at Ferrari, wouldn't be quite right if Schumi wasn't in a Ferrari though.

Sauber: Raikkonen
Toleman: Senna, Berger (Berger was a year late, but screw the rules)
Hesketh: Hunt
Fittipaldi/Copersucar: Fittipaldi, Rosberg

Ligier: Laffite, Prost (again cheating but sort of works)
Surtees: Surtees, Amon (Hope I'm right with Amon)

I change my mind on the Williams line-up

I place Alan Jones instead of Bourdais.
