Rubbish. The fitness required to drive an F1 car is just DIFFERENT than what is needed for tennis, which is different from what is needed for football.

Different strengths, different muscle shapes, different cardio demands, different endurance demands, etc.

Heikki Kovalainen trains really really hard. Anyone who follows his Twitter knows this. He said that he even turned teetotaler in 2010 I think, because he thought it could help him push himself to be even stronger mentally and physically.

Also as mentioned, I would imagine Webber and Button to be extremely fit aswell.
