It's not like it matters now or will make anything different, but he did pass under yellow flag conditions. The funny thing is that it was not where everyone was thinking it was. This video will show that 100%!! You can watch the whole thing or just fast forward to about 10 minutes to see the illegal pass. The guy in this vid makes valid points and puts the whole flag debacle to rest. Check it out!

I'm sorry to say OP, but this is the video which led everyone to believe that he actually did pass under yellows, and ultimately it was the incidents (particularly the third, if you can even call them incidents) that were investigated by the FIA. The first two overtakes are clearly legal, and the third, we cannot see that there is a green flag just past the pit-lane exit.

This video was debunked...missed green flag at pit exit...rules confirm green flag means it's time to go racing...topic has been covered elsewhere....yada yada yada.

I appreciate that the video was posted by someone who was very clearly aware of the situation and seemingly thought he'd noticed a huge error from FIA, but he did miss the crucial green flag, which makes the whole argument void.
