unfortunately for uk viewers only..

great documentary about rallyings group b era.
focuses mainly on the tragedies but worth the watch.

Yeah, they show that every couple of months. Loads of fantastic archive footage. Well worth a watch, I've seen it at least 4 times! They're doing another program that sounds up our street just after Christmas, although I cannot remember what it's called or when it's on!

The 80's of rallying was more popular than F1, 90's was also great, shame it had to die out from around 2000 onwards slowly but surely.

Only in very few select regions. F1 pretty much always trumped it. Here in the states Rallying was beginning to grow its fan base thanks to Speedvision and their superb coverage of all fantastic race disciplines right up until Fox bought the network over and completely obliterated and ruined it for us.

It was more popular world wide than F1 at some stages. The overall world wide viewing figures was at times in the 80's higher than F1.

The great days of rallying are long gone after a 10/12 year downwards slope, sad times. But at least we can look back at how things was.
