Anthems from the V10 era were much better produced than any V8 anthem. The biggest difference isn't the high pitch notes but the lower end notes. Their much smoother and more controlled over all. This V8 anthem sounds is if it's skipping notes mostly because it can't produce the starting low end notes smoothly.
