Not if they're relying on the tweet system to get it there...

This is the flash movie which is supposed to be showing us the car. Might be easier for people to load than the entire site:

More likely that their site isnt hosted on a service platform and is (stupidly) only on 1 server, which is hitting its memory and cpu limit. Bandwidths never really an issue these days as it takes seconds to slap another nic in the machine with gigabit connectivity.

The website isn't working, let's hope the same isn't true regards the car.

Yeah pretty poor planning on their part. Looking at the details of their hosting provider it actually looks like the idiots tried hosting it on a standard shared hosting plan in Germany. Like that was ever going to work.

Typical Mercedes failure...

I wish the Mercedes F1 project to go down like the Hindenburg. They ruined Michael's comeback with their disreputable cars...

Lol. They should probably pay more than £40 a year and upgrade their web hosting.

At least give it a dedicated server. Better yet, put it in the cloud!

On a little sadistic note, I want the car to suck as well... why? I mean, it would be funny what with all the new hires :)
