is on in less than a week anyone going to watch?

this is a motorsport event i am excited for any time of the year due to it being on mount panorama but considering i been starved of motorsport for way too long i am much more excited for this

i remember they live streamed it last year so hopefully they do that this year

agreed Mount Panorama is just one of those circuits that produces amazing racing no matter what, the past few bathurst 1000's have all been close finishes which is exciting and great to see, you can tell no one is keeping their car for the end they have all been going for it from lap one

Great to have the live feed this year. Here in the States we've not had any opportunity to watch this race before.

Don't feel to bad about that. Here in Oz we don't even get to see it on free-to-air tv at all! 8O

Down here, Channel 7 usually shows the complete season of V8 Supercars, however, they aren't televising this race or even any highlights. Even Channel 10 who shows F1 down here has several hours of boring American basketball. Erf! :(

The first I heard of it being on again this year was through this thread. No advertising on tv that I could ascertain. Completely different from V8s, F1 and MotoGP. They get advertising months in advance.

Enjoy it.

even worse Speed is currently showing repeats of old races while they could be showing this race live

they are a racing channel that has bugger all to show, there is one race going on and its a the beloved mount panorama but they would rather show nascar repeats or something

Brendon has done a great job so far today. Not only is it his first time driving there, its his first time driving a GT car. Some great stuff a few hours ago with two of the other R8's and the race leaders. He's actually the main reason I decided to watch in the first place. As I said before, we don't get to see it here so I had no idea how good it is. I guess I watch anything RLM covers though.
