there's a full set of all the cars in the same spot, on tumblr. I'd go find it again, but I'm too lazy.

DAT SAUBER!!!!

It is beginning to rival my favorite F1 cars of all time.

The Mercedes reminds me of a Blue Shark

The Sauber a Silky

If you're trying to get me all hot and bothered… Too Late! already changed my underwear several times over the last 2 days! LOL

Sauber just seem to have stepped it up to a whole other level last year and this year just that much more. I hope this thing is up there fighting for wins or even better, top dog everyone else is trying to catch up to. Of all the cars, it is the most minimalistic whilst still one of the more aggressive designs and just looks plain fast. Perhaps Nico's assessment of it's better high speed cornering holds true compared to the others. I don't know how it happened but this team worked its way to being my Favorite, though I wish they'd signed Schumi and Hamilton. LOL, I know, one can dream right? If they had the cash for Hamilton, their budget would have skyrocketed thanks to all the sponsors who would have signed on to be associated with him. All i'm saying is Hulkenberg BETTER produce results because if he doesn't he will have proved all his naysayers right and could set himself up for a Kovalainen-esk exit from F1. I for one am not convinced he has the stuff of a champion but am eagerly hopeful he'll prove me wrong.

Sauber have a slot in their nose just like Redbull, possibly like the 2008 Ferrari had...

Just before the Chelsea badge.

edit.. also slots front of leading edge of C32 sidepods.

I thought they banned the Ferrari style slot through the nose.

The more I see of the Sauber (and there is a lot of it to see in this thread ) the less I think, 'Hispania'. Which is a bloody good thing because a) that Hispania was one of the most visually unappealing F1 cars in a long, long time, and b) the car has a really nice shape to it, which I don't think I appreciated when I was fixated on the livery. Plus, as a Hulk fan who really didn't like last year's Force India, it would be nice to have more than a single, heavily edited wallpaper of a car he's driving!

The orange Pirelli's are making me really miss the Orange Arrows team. That would have looked spectacular.

FI Nose from the front kind of resembles a narrow Tiger Shark. too bad they're nowhere near as good or efficient. LOL

Image

And that livery… I think they need a new one already. It's been hideous since they debuted this version. Colors are great but they need a real designer to lay down the colors in a way that is flattering to their car and looks good. This and last year's FI cars were truly ugly and the livery only makes it worse.

Back then when Sauber switch to Ferrari, their livery from 2010-2012 reminded me of Minardi.
