Just watching the Sky F1 show, and when they had an interview from one of the STR guys the logo-covered thing behind him had a Volkswagen logo on it. I haven't seen this before. An indication of the future?

There were rumours of VW wanting to Enter for quiet sometime. Infact early in 2012 the CEO of VW Martin Winterkorn had held talks with Peter Sauber. But there has been no reports later if the deal was agreed for future pair up. Some say its 2015 others say it 2018. There is no definitive date. The interview of the STR guy in front of the logo could be purely coincidental

VW logos are all to do with the contract with MAN (part of the Volkswagen group) for their transporters.

Yep, been a STR 'partner' for some time now even though they use Ferrari power.
