I thought it was really cool at the Jerez test to see that the 2012 Williams was one of the slowest cars. Not because I dislike that team, but because it showed how much the teams' cars have been improved for this season. The Williams car was not a front runner last year (except for Spain and couple of other outings), but it was no slouch either.
It's easy to miss, during the course of the season, how much work goes into car development because the teams stay close to one another in terms of performance. It goes to show what it takes just to stay in touch with the competition.
