But it's not a Lottery. The team and driver that comes out on top will be the ones that get the car set up best and call the pit strategy right.
If that be Marussia then on that day they were the best team.
Take Kimi in china(?) he went backwards what was it 10 places? . It wasn't due to some random lottery style result but the team calling the strategy wrong and over estimating the tyres.
Nothing in F1 is a lottery, it's all about who is best on the day.
