So, I want to be the Devils advocate here, but when Vettal disobeys team orders he's at fault and the whole F1 community joins together to chastise him and to point out that's his selfish and not a team player. When Ferrari instigate team orders is because no driver is bigger than the team and the driver should always do what the team asks; again this is widely accepted by the F1 community.
So, when Massa refuses to follow team orders everyone is on Massas side and actually supports him directly disobeying team orders.
Why is this? If it were the two Red Bulls behind Button with Vettal in Massas place and the exact same thing happened everyone would be up in arms slagging of Vettal for being selfish and not a team player.

So, anyone like to explain the hypocrisy?

Btw, I'm on Massas side and I support the driver doing what he wants and not the team.
