Following Bianchi's deadly wreck, it can be assumed that the driver is giving his consent to die. However, this is not the case. In fact, the actual implication is this, that by making the nose around 4.5 inches longer and moving the steering wheel an undetermined distance lower, the impact that would go to the head might actually move downwards toward the ribs, thus decreasing the chance of coma and eventual death.
