We won't know if they have cut off their nose to spite their face until Melbourne...

Yes but a Twitter feed is better for me as it's so handy on the mobile phone. Plus I follow a single feed as it stops having to read multiple repeats of information.

That Williams is abit meh... I wouldn't call it ugly, but it certainly isn't the prettiest car on the grid

materials invented and/or derived from F1 into car building: aluminum, carbon-fibre, ceramics,... duct-tape

That Williams sidepod undercut is extreme. Looks weird from front.

not sure that they are hiding anything in particular... just a nice iteration of hide & seek....

I thought DHL was the official F1 logistics company?

I wonder if it will be a testing only sticker.

DHL might be the FIA's official logistics company but it doesn't mean it's the teams. FedEx used to sponsor Williams not long ago too. Rolex is the new face of F1 timing but plenty teams are still sponsored by other watch makers for example.

Not sure if anyone has already done it yet - but I wonder if anyone is bold enough to predict which team will complete the most laps today and more importantly how many laps they will complete...

I'm gonna open with a safe prediction of Williams (due to their new car) and guess at 128 laps...

Thing is though, Alonso could look to put in some miles, Force India are probably wanting to iron out any issues before their driver shoot out later this week, so might pump in some laps and Sauber seemed keen to top the lap sheets in Jerez...

:D :D :D

I also think williams will do the most laps today, and i reckon they'll run a full quali programme to bag the top time to lure in sponsors

The chequered flag flies
Sebastian Vettel sets the pace on the opening morning of the first pre-season test at Barcelona then, with Kimi Raikkonen second and Fernando Alonso - getting his first taste of the F138 - third.
