Wow that looks awesome. At first I thought it was too much black, but head on there is plenty of yellow.

It's like an optical illusion. From the front it's a yellow car. From the side it's black

Best livery so far, including RBR's test livery.

It seems that every recent year their livery is decided by a split committee which determines which parts should be yellow and which parts should be black. This year the black team has gained ground on the sides, but lost the battle on the nose.

IMO this is just a livery reveal. This car seems to be just a conservative evolution of the 2017 car with some different winglets and slots.

It's okay. Kind of like the Audi livery in FE for a couple of years in that it'll look like a different car depending on which angle you see if from.

Still very much (too much) of a sharkfin. Otherwise it’s quite cool and racy, apart from the ugly halo.

I might sound crazy for saying it, but this is the first car and livery combination that makes the halo look like it belongs. For whatever reason, I'm actually not bothered by it on the Renault.

Disappointed in general to be honest, the car looks unimaginative and the livery is dull IMO. Hope there's a big difference between this and the car they bring to Australia because even Sauber look like they've innovated more over the winter.

The barge board area behind the front wheels looks lacking and underdeveloped, either it's just a Livery reveal, they are deliberately hiding them or they have gone against them... but I can't see any car under the current regs performing well while ignoring the barge boards components.

Love the livery and there's some good progress on things like the sidepods which are a lot narrower than last year and the rear suspension arms.

Not much going on with the bargeboards though so they might be withholding some things until the last test/Melbourne like McLaren will.(Prod already said they won't have their full package until Melbourne).

You do sound crazy because that atrocity is fugly no matter how it’s dressed up, it looks like an ugly and odd dinosaur appendage who’s only function is for attracting mates.

Would have had yellow side pods if I were the person designing the livery.... alas, there is probably a reason why I am not the person designing the livery.

Has anyone noticed that this car seems to have an exhaust-blown rear wing? Not in these pictures but the one they brought to the test.
